Opportunities in Our Pharmacy Department
The
decentralized system in our 24-hour Pharmacy Department is dynamic
and professionally enriching. It encourages and enables pharmacists
to be involved in every aspect of patient care.
Pharmacists who join us experience variety, with the opportunity
to work on various floors rather than in one central location. They
collaborate closely with physicians and work directly on patient care.
This forward-thinking initiative is one part
of the department’s "continuum
of care," designed to develop and expand areas of pharmacist involvement
including the ability to work in concert with our Quality-Caring Model
for improved patient outcomes.
We maximize the talents of pharmacists, pharmacy
technicians as well as clinical specialists in oncology,
intensive care, general medicine and NICU.
