My Benefits Portfolio
Trinity Health Ministry Organizations offer a comprehensive
benefits package to their employees consisting of a wide array of programs.
HealthStream
Employees can access the hospital's learning
system, HealthStream, to complete online courses or to register for
classroom courses. Your user ID and password are your employee identification
number which is six digits and normally begins with a "7."
Nightingale
Nightingale, Holy Cross Hospital’s
online self-scheduling system, offers many benefits including the ability
to:
- Enter schedule preferences or select available
shifts via a calendar view from the Internet.
- Trade assignments
and keep a record of agreed-upon trades.
- View and print individual
assignments of your unit schedule.
- Request vacations and days
off
- Enter
non-clinical time for classes, meetings or administrative time.
Nightingale
will interface with Kronos, Peoplesoft, and Clinstar to ensure optimal
functionality. Managers and staff will be trained on how to use the
system. Each staff member must have a unique user ID and password
for access to Nightingale.
Nightingale Support Issues
Employees
Contact your manager or super user
if:
- You are unable to schedule specific time.
- You are unable
to save schedule.
- The schedule is not showing.
- You don’t
know how to use the system.
- You can’t request PTO in the
system.
- The
system won’t allow shift swap.
- You are unable to schedule
for secondary positions.
- You are unable to schedule in multiple
departments where positions are held.
Contact the support center
(301.754.7400) in instances where:
- You don’t have a user
login.
- You
are unable to login to the system.
- You forgot login/password.
- You
need to know how to get to the system.
- HCNet is unavailable
to access Intragale Link in-house.
- You are unable to access
system remotely.
- You experience system performance issues
such as slow response time not related to remote access method
(e.g., dial-up)
Managers/Super Users
Contact HR for issues when:
- Employees
are missing from department list.
- Employees who are no longer
in department appear on the list.
- There are employee demographic
changes.
- RN
and BLS license updates do not appear accurately.
Contact Manager

an email to Nightingale manager support for issues such as:
- department
configuration setup
- scheduling questions (e.g. non-HCH employees)
- discrepancies
in employee information following confirmation of setup with HR
(interface)
