Volunteer

Prerequisites (These prerequisites are required to ensure the safety and security of our patients, our visitors, our employees, our volunteers, and our interns.)

• Volunteers must complete a health screening that includes proof of MMR, Varicella, influenza, and  and Tuberculosis testing. COVID vaccination and boosters is not required; however, you must submit proof of any COVID vaccination and boosters you have received.
• Volunteers must complete forms for newly accepted volunteers from this website. 
• Volunteers 18 and older are required to complete a background check. 
• The minimum age is 16 years old.
• Volunteers must be available to start within one month from the date of application.
• Volunteers must agree to the Volunteer Agreement
• Volunteers must be available to come for a screening interview and an orientation. High school students must attend an in-person orientation.  
• Volunteers must be willing to come for a second interview by the manager of the department where they are considering placement, if requested.
