Billing
Your hospital bill will not include fees charged by non-hospital-employed physicians. These fees will appear on separate bills, sent to your home from the physician(s) who performed the services. If you have questions about your bill, customer service representatives are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time) at 833-961-2458 or billing@holycrosshealth.org.

Financial Assistance Program
Holy Cross Health's financial assistance program offers free or discounted services to patients who qualify. Medicaid
