With Montgomery County locations in Gaithersburg, Aspen Hill and Silver Spring, the health centers are primary care medical centers providing affordably priced health care services to uninsured adults at least 18 years of age.
The centers also were created to offer a unique learning opportunity for students of nursing and other allied health programs. Highly skilled medical professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses, staff the Holy Cross Health centers. The staff is bilingual in English and Spanish, and translation services are available for other languages.
This achievement was recently celebrated at the Silver Spring Health Center on Georgia Avenue. Photos can be viewed on the Holy Cross Hospital Flickr site.
