When I asked at HCHP Kensington how to transfer to Silver Spring, they told me to make an appointment. This was an introductory meeting not for a speccific complaint. I wanted a doctor who knew more about diabetes and Dr Williams is excellent.

Rapport with your health care provider who is invested in your health along with you is not something that can be replicated. It comes from the heart.
