Planning for the Future Health of the Region
Holy Cross Health plays a leadership role in county-wide efforts to improve the health of our community. Working hand-in-hand with our community partners, Holy Cross routinely engages in a planning process to identify gaps in health care services—and to develop programs to meet these needs.
These initiatives are shaped by gathering information from a number of sources—and with the input of the people we serve.
We conduct our own thorough assessments to identify areas of need. We also rely on community resources such as Healthy Montgomery—a community-based effort to improve the health and well-being of Montgomery County residents—as well as our long-held and critical relationships with grassroots organizations.
All of this important information helps us to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans and develop programs and services that will have a positive impact on the health of the region.
