Customer Relations
Volunteers have one-on-one patient interaction. They will provide lonely patients with someone to talk with, offer reading materials and give away donated items for comfort. 

Friends of Holy Cross Health
Volunteers plan and organize various fundraisers for the hospital. Our auxiliary is a seperate 501c3 and membership is required.

Gift Shop
Volunteers perform merchandising tasks, restock the shelves, assist in pricing items in the shop and take orders for flowers and balloons. This requires a long-term commitment.

Wayfinder
Volunteers provide great customer service, sign in guests who enter the hospital, help any lost guests by resolving their issues or giving them directions. They assist and carry items for nurses or patients.

Patient Registration
Volunteers greet and assist people who arrive for medical procedures such as surgeries, medical imaging, and lab work. Volunteer escort people to financial counselors and may complete small administrative tasks

Volunteer Services
Volunteers assist with administrative tasks, build education packets, complete mailings, send notices of Volunteer Services special events, and complete tasks for other departments.
