Discharge Information
Check out times of our patient areas vary. Check with your nurse to find out the check out time on your unit. Please arrange for transportation home by the checkout time on the day of your discharge. For patients who have a longer medical recovery after being discharged from hospital care, Holy Cross Health offers a variety of care services provided to you in your home. Billing
Your hospital bill will not include fees charged by non-hospital-employed physicians as well as non-physicians, such as physician assistants and nurse practitioners. These fees will appear on separate bills, sent to your home from the physician(s) and non-physician(s) who performed the services. If you have questions about your bill, customer service representatives are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 301-754-7680 or billing@holycrosshealth.org. Financial Assistance Program
Holy Cross Health's financial assistance program offers free or discounted services to patients who qualify. Medical Records
