Online Pre-Registration

If you have an upcoming appointment at Holy Cross Hospital or Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, you can save time once you arrive by filling out our Online Pre-Registration Form. Please submit our online form at least five to seven days in advance of your arrival. If your scheduled visit is within five to seven days, please call 301-754-8300 as soon as possible to complete your pre-registration.

Important Information for Expectant Mothers

If you are planning to deliver your baby at Holy Cross Hospital or Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, we recommend that you pre-register two months in advance of your due date. Please note that most insurance plans require pre-authorization for your admission for the delivery of your baby. Check with your employer's benefits office or insurance company customer service representative to make sure that you have met their notification requirements.

Registration at the Hospital

If you are unable to pre-register ahead of your appointment at Holy Cross Hospital or Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, be sure to allow extra time to complete the registration process when you arrive at the hospital.

Be sure to bring your insurance cards and physician orders with you.

If you are scheduled to arrive at either hospital between 6:30 a.m. and 8 p.m., please register and/or check-in at the hospital's main lobby.

If you are scheduled to arrive at either hospital between 8 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., please register and/or check-in at the hospital's Emergency Center.
