A Birthplace and a Workplace

We became part of the Holy Cross Hospital family in 1994, when our first son was born. Some of our family members and friends had delivered their children at Holy Cross Hospital. They told us that the hospital provided good services and that the personnel were kind.

It was true. We loved the way Holy Cross Hospital treated us. So we decided to have our other children there.

Knowing that it was a great place to have children, we both went to work at Holy Cross Hospital, too. Community health fairs, financial assistance for the uninsured, prenatal tours and classes for Spanish-speaking mothers—it’s great to be part of a place that treats their patients and community so well.

When our third son was born and needed surgery, we turned to Holy Cross Hospital again. The surgery was scary, but we knew we were in good hands. The operating room nurses and doctors were always there for us, and they gave us the confidence we needed.

There have been many other visits to Holy Cross Hospital over the years and each time everyone is kind and knows what they are doing.
