Holy Cross Germantown Hospital
Ride On Bus #83: The Route 83 Ride On bus provides service between Holy Cross Germantown Hospital and the Germantown Transit Center (GTC) on Monday through Saturday, with certain trips extending to and from the Germantown MARC station on Monday through Friday. The route does not operate on Sunday.
The route operates:
- About every 30 minutes from 4:29 a.m. to 11:29 p.m. Monday through Friday;
- About every 30 minutes from 8:29 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. on Saturdays;

Metro: The Shady Grove Metro station is the closest station to Holy Cross Germantown Hospital. The metro station is about 6.4 miles from the hospital.
Holy Cross Hospital
Metro: Forest Glen (on the red line) is the closest Metro rail stop (located at 9730 Georgia Avenue) to Holy Cross Hospital.
Walk: The hospital is an eight-minute walk from the Forest Glen Metro. From the Metro, walk toward Forest Glen Road. Turn right on Forest Glen Road. Walk for 0.4 mile. The hospital will be on your right.
Ride On Bus #8: Montgomery County Ride On bus #8 stops directly in front of the main entrance of Holy Cross Hospital. Passengers may take the Ride On bus from the Forest Glen Metro to the hospital, which is just five blocks east of the metro station. There is no bus service on Sundays, and holiday bus service schedules vary.
Holy Cross Hospital Kiosk: A computer kiosk that provides direct web links to public transportation information is located in the lobby of the hospital. Shuttle Bus: The hospital provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the Forest Glen Metro stop, Monday through Friday.
