BabyChristopher-Hilda.jpgBaby Christopher made quite an entrance into the world on April 23, when he decided he couldn't wait for his mom Hilda to deliver at the hospital. Montgomery County Police Officer Dan Campbell pulled over the speeding car on Georgia Avenue when he realized that Hilda was in labor. He offered to escort Hilda and her hsuband to Holy Cross Hospital, but on the way Hilda's husband signaled Officer Campbell with his high beams that the baby was on the way. With the help of Officer Campbell, Hilda delivered baby Christopher on Dennis Avenue before a fire and rescue team took them to Holy Cross Hospital.

From the Holy Cross Hospital Maternity Center, where mom and baby are doing well, Hilda sends a message to Officer Campbell: "A big thank you for your help. You did a good job!"
