Program Provides Specialized Treatment of Brain Conditions

The team of the comprehensive brain care program evaluates, diagnoses and treats adults with a variety of brain conditions - including illness and injury, as well as vascular and structural brain abnormalities.

Conditions Treated by the Brain Care Program Team:

    • Primary brain tumors 
    • Metastatic brain tumors 
    • Pituitary tumors 
    • Low- and high-grade gliomas 
    • Glioblastoma multiforme 
    • Intracranial metastasis 
    • Meningioma 
    • Spinal metastasis 
    • Intramedullary tumors 
    • Astrocytoma brain tumors 
    • Acoustic neuroma
  • Vascular Brain Disorders 
    • Arteriovenous malformations, also called cerebral arteriovenous malformations 
    • Cavernoma, also called cerebral cavernous malformation 
    • Arteriovenous fistula 
    • Cerebral aneurysm, including berry aneurysm
  • Brain Injury
    • Severe traumatic brain injury
    • Mild traumatic brain injury (symptoms of concussion)
    • Anoxic brain injury (oxygen deprivation)
    • Cerebral hematoma
  • Structural Brain Condition
    • Chiari malformations
