The team of the comprehensive brain care program evaluates, diagnoses and treats adults with a variety of brain conditions - including illness and injury, as well as vascular and structural brain abnormalities.

- Low- and high-grade gliomas
- Glioblastoma multiforme
- Intracranial metastasis

- Spinal metastasis
- Intramedullary tumors
- Astrocytoma brain tumors
- Acoustic neuroma
- Vascular Brain Disorders
- Arteriovenous malformations, also called cerebral arteriovenous malformations
- Cavernoma, also called cerebral cavernous malformation
- Arteriovenous fistula
- Cerebral aneurysm, including berry aneurysm
- Brain Injury
- Severe traumatic brain injury
- Mild traumatic brain injury (symptoms of concussion)
- Anoxic brain injury (oxygen deprivation)

Some patients who are first evaluated by the brain care program team will be referred to other Holy Cross Hospital services for consultation and further diagnosis. These may include:
- Epilepsy Center: Psychogenic non-epileptic seizures, febrile seizures
- Stroke Center
- Spine Center Spinal tumors, spinal cord injury
- Nervous System Program: Trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia
